New Look and Feel

SmartCRM now displays all views with color bars to help in horizontal reading.

Create "favorites" lists

SmartCRM enables you to create public (administrator only) or private views based on "Selected" records. This allows the views to be broken down by content for faster retrieval.

Save time when emailing or running processes

Emails and processes can be run from the automation server instead of your workstation. All you need to do is start the process flow with a Wait command - set it for 1 minute. This will free up your workstation so you can continue to do other things.

New Look!

SmartCRM selection and lookup screens have been updated for easier navigation. Also, reports now print to any printer or to default printer if submitted to the job queue.

Custom Report Writer

ADAPtcrm includes a flexible report writer to allow most ad-hoc reports to be created as either public or private reports. An option is available for generating the report to Excel. Third-party support for Crystal and SQL Reporting Services is available from CBS.
